The Administration Department is located on first floor in the Historic Courthouse at 204 S. 5th Street in Mankato handles the permit and license process for a number of general requests including:

• Auctioneer Licenses
• Firework Permits
• Gambling Permits
• Liquor Licenses
• Precious Metal Dealer Licenses
• Tobacco Licenses
