• Products are available to residents free of charge.
• What is available on the shelves depends on what products are brought to the (HHW)
• Staff place products on the shelf that are believed to be good, useable products
• We cannot save products for anyone (first-come, first-served)
• We reserve the right to limit quantities
• Users must be at least 18 years of age
• Products may not be used for commercial purposes, and may not be re-sold
